Mainland Cross Country

Team Site

Mainland is located in Linwood, New Jersey, and draws upon Northfield, Linwood, and Somers Point for its students. They compete in the Cape Atlantic League. Dan Heyman is the boys cross country coach, and is the distance coach for the boys in spring track. 
 

The 2013 Boys Cross Country Team finished 8-2, and won the Atlantic County Championship. The team was ranked in the top 20 in South Jersey, and in the State Top 40.
